Refund Policy

1. Donation Refunds

Bushahr Svasttika Foundation (BSF) takes every donation seriously. Since donations are used for social welfare activities, they are generally non-refundable once the transaction is completed and an 80G receipt is issued.

2. Technical Errors

In case of a technical error (e.g., double deduction) or an unauthorized transaction, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate the matter and, if found valid, process the refund within 10-15 working days.

3. Membership Fees

Membership or volunteer registration fees are non-refundable as they contribute directly to the administrative costs of onboarding and foundation activities.
